A nice, quiet neighborhood inside of Claremont. Most people that live here are settling in with families of two or three. Most of the older generation lives here and they like to keep to themselves. They don't take too kindly to new blood.

If you don't live in Glennwood apartments and are a new comer, you probably live in Glenndrive. It's a fairly small community and most of the young faces have started populating the once forgotten neighborhood.

The only available place to buy apartments in Claremont. It's not too cramped and you can find some decent living space inside each apartment. Youngsters straight out of college usually flock here because they aren't all that stacked on cash. Mrs. Glennwood, who owns the little shop below, runs the complex.

The first original neighborhood of Claremont. The place is deserted and no one lives in any of these houses anymore, or so most people think. There are rumors that there are a few old souls living there and then there are rumors claiming that it's haunted.

The rich and the decadent live here and both the old and new townspeople of Claremont can agree that these high society families give the town a bad name. While the rest of the townspeople work hard for a living and enjoy each other's company, the people in Courtyard Estate seem to shun the rest or look down upon them.  With large houses and even larger sums of money, the wealthiest families live here and host the most lucrative parties while mingling with the Town Council and retired celebrities.

Everyone needs a pick me up in a while, and what's better than a nice slice of homemade pie, or a chocolate cupcake? Bake Me Up caters to your sweet tooth and they even sell their famous coffee.

If you want cheap, tasty, and greasy food, Stuffy's is the right place for you. It's your typical vintage diner with a matching jukebox and lively waitresses. It's not the nicest resturaunt in town, but it does sell a good burger, especially the Stuffy's  Stuffed Burger.

A bookstore that's been around for quite some time, it has an old feel to it, showing the age of Claremont, but the fancy computer lab in back shows the modern ways of the old town--some of the people don't really like this.

Everyone loves to walk by the florist shop that sits on the corner, the aroma of flowers draws customers in so that they can pretty their front lawns or even the inside of their homes. It's one of the oldest places in Claremont and still seems to be thriving.

A small hospital ran on the outskirt of Claremont where residents usually flock to when ill. Old townspeople are hesitant to the new staff that runs the place, but they have a great success record.

The newest facility in Claremont opened by a young veterinarian after the death of her dog. Even the old townspeople come here to make sure their animals are in the best of care.

The two facilities are located right beside each other and funded by certain families that like to remain anonymous.

A ballet studio residing in the lower portion of Tiana Zachenburg's home. It's dedicated to teaching young girls from the age of 3-17 the dance of ballet. Males are welcome as well.

Ranging from the grades 4th to 7th, this is the old school of Claremont that is kept up quite well, though parents are trying to get a new one built.

Ranging from grades 8th to 12th, this high school is a bit younger than the elementary school and sits right in the middle of the town near the large park. Their mascot is the Claremont Tiger. The school is known for their lacrosse,football, and soccer team. Everyone gets into the school spirit during their games!

It's not that big, but it offers solid programs especially if you are looking to transfer to a large university. However most people who attend may be looking to stay inside Claremont since they offer amazing work programs around the community.

On the outside it looks like a simple old Victorian home but in the inside, it's full daycare for parents who have little ones.

Named after the first celebrity family to make Claremont their home, Grove Park hosts all community events such as the fairs, picnics, and barbeques. It's a bit pricey to rent out for a private party but the community pitches in as whole when it comes to public events. The back of the park is the trail.

Claremont is serious about keeping their trail clean and loitering is just not permitted, so there are patrols late a night to keep hooligans out.

The first restaurant to open in Claremont. It's been passed down from generation to generation. It's large slices and cheesy lasagna and large meatballs have made the place famous.

Jazzy, modern, sophsiticated. That's all you need to know about Savoe. It seats the rich and the young with their noses so far up they can't smell themselves. Sometimes you can find some nice ones here though!
