| Established in the early 19th century, Claremont was once a host to a thriving community of middle class families with the dreams of turning their small wealth into a large surplus. As the middle class families began to reach their dreams of status and wealth, they began to move to the big city of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, Claremont slowly being a forgotten memory and soon an abandoned town. The people who never left Claremont became isolated individuals and soon the thriving town became a wasteland of opportunity, until 30 years ago when one famous family disappeared from the public eye and chose Claremont to spend their lives.
Recently, Claremont has begun to attract the eyes of young professionals from across the world who are in search for an affordable place to live and have the chance to live a city life without living inside the city. However with a few original families left inside the quaint town, there is slight opposition to the new migrating individuals. It is up to the Town Council to unite the opposing families with the new, but the charm of Claremont alone will find its way into the hearts of young and old alike. | |

| This is a mature RP. There will potentially be drug use, swearing, sex, etc. If you are not comfortable with any of these things, then please do not apply or do so at your own risk.Please no god-modding or controlling other people's characters without being granted permission, and even then please be mindful that they are not your characters so respect the creator.All extreme graphical matters must be put under spoilers with the title stating the content of it's nature i.e "Mature scene". If one is caught outside of spoilers, moderators will place them inside only twice. The third time we will black list you.You have 7 days to be inactive. If you go past this mark, your character will be removed. If you need to go in hiatus, please message us. Hiatus lasts for up to 14 days.We will not tolerate rudeness or snubbing of any kind. If you do not like a person--fine. But don't bring any drama inside this roleplay that isn't in character. Necessary action will be taken if this occurs.While we enjoy our conversations inside the OOC, please do not spam it. Remember activity inside the OOC does not count as being active in the roleplay.You can have up to four characters and no more. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A nice, quiet neighborhood inside of Claremont. Most people that live here are settling in with families of two or three. Most of the older generation lives here and they like to keep to themselves. They don't take too kindly to new blood.
- G L E N N D R I V E:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]If you don't live in Glennwood apartments and are a new comer, you probably live in Glenndrive. It's a fairly small community and most of the young faces have started populating the once forgotten neighborhood.
- G L E N N W O O D:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The only available place to buy apartments in Claremont. It's not too cramped and you can find some decent living space inside each apartment. Youngsters straight out of college usually flock here because they aren't all that stacked on cash. Mrs. Glennwood, who owns the little shop below, runs the complex.
- C L A R E M O N T E:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The first original neighborhood of Claremont. The place is deserted and no one lives in any of these houses anymore, or so most people think. There are rumors that there are a few old souls living there and then there are rumors claiming that it's haunted.
- C O U R T Y A R D G A T E:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The rich and the decadent live here and both the old and new townspeople of Claremont can agree that these high society families give the town a bad name. While the rest of the townspeople work hard for a living and enjoy each other's company, the people in Courtyard Estate seem to shun the rest or look down upon them. With large houses and even larger sums of money, the wealthiest families live here and host the most lucrative parties while mingling with the Town Council and retired celebrities.

- Stuffy's:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]If you want cheap, tasty, and greasy food, Stuffy's is the right place for you. It's your typical vintage diner with a matching jukebox and lively waitresses. It's not the nicest resturaunt in town, but it does sell a good burger, especially the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Ran By: Employees: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A bookstore that's been around for quite some time, it has an old feel to it, showing the age of Claremont, but the fancy computer lab in back shows the modern ways of the old town--some of the people don't really like this.
- Blossoms:
Ran By: Employees: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Everyone loves to walk by the florist shop that sits on the corner, the aroma of flowers draws customers in so that they can pretty their front lawns or even the inside of their homes. It's one of the oldest places in Claremont and still seems to be thriving.
- Claremont Hospital:
Doctor(s): Nurse(s): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A small hospital ran on the outskirt of Claremont where residents usually flock to when ill. Old townspeople are hesitant to the new staff that runs the place, but they have a great success record.
- Claremont Veterinary Clinic:
Veterinarian(s): Veterinarian Assistant(s): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The newest facility in Claremont opened by a young veterinarian after the death of her dog. Even the old townspeople come here to make sure their animals are in the best of care.
- Claremont Outpatient Clinic and Family Dental Center:

- Tutus and Grace Daycare:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A ballet studio residing in the lower portion of Tiana Zachenburg's home. It's dedicated to teaching young girls from the age of 3-17 the dance of ballet. Males are welcome as well.
- Claremont Elementary School:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Ranging from the grades 4th to 7th, this is the old school of Claremont that is kept up quite well, though parents are trying to get a new one built.
- Claremont High:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Ranging from grades 8th to 12th, this high school is a bit younger than the elementary school and sits right in the middle of the town near the large park. Their mascot is the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. The school is known for their lacrosse,football, and soccer team. Everyone gets into the school spirit during their games!
- Clareview Community College:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] It's not that big, but it offers solid programs especially if you are looking to transfer to a large university. However most people who attend may be looking to stay inside Claremont since they offer amazing work programs around the community.
- Tots and Teddy Bears Daycare:

- Grove Park:
Named after the first celebrity family to make Claremont their home, Grove Park hosts all community events such as the fairs, picnics, and barbeques. It's a bit pricey to rent out for a private party but the community pitches in as whole when it comes to public events. The back of the park is the trail.
- Grove Trail:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Claremont is serious about keeping their trail clean and loitering is just not permitted, so there are patrols late a night to keep hooligans out.
- Pulino's Pizzeria:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The first restaurant to open in Claremont. It's been passed down from generation to generation. It's large slices and cheesy lasagna and large meatballs have made the place famous.
- Savoe:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Jazzy, modern, sophsiticated. That's all you need to know about Savoe. It seats the rich and the young with their noses so far up they can't smell themselves. Sometimes you can find some nice ones here though!
- Recherché:
