Christie looked at Vergil and closed her eyes softly. “ Dont let it..g-get t-oo hot.” She said, hoping he knew a mermaid's weakness is heat.

Tristan put a hand on Rick's shoulder.. “ Rick... shes gone..” He said calmly..

Devon kneeled on the ground. “ I wont hurt you..” He smiled a bit, His ears were at more of a point than usual.

"I wont." Vergil said and kissed her cheek, he cuddled as he got warmer gently.

Rick didn't say anything, he knew it was true, he just didn't want to think about it.

She looked at him curiously and moved closer, she cupped his face and started to curiously trace her fingers along his ears like a small child exploring something new.

Tristan sighed and put his hands on Rick;s shoulders, trying to pull him away.” Rick.. “he whispered “ Shes gone man... Shes at peace..”

Devon smiled curiously.” what's your name?”

Chris nodded and kissed his forehead.

Rick moved away and fell over, he was breathing heavily, he looked at her and teared up more.

"Diana.." she said as she was still playing with his ears, they intrigued her so she was really distracted by them.

Vergil smiled and cuddled to keep her warm.

Tristan helped him up.” Come on... lets get you some rest.” He patted Rick's back softly.

Christie breathed softly and kept her eyes closed. “V-vergil” she said. Slowly drifting off to sleep.

“ Well.. hello diana.. im Devon.” He smiled, his pearly whites shining like a starlit sky.

Rick held his stretched and torn jeans to keep them from falling down, he nodded slowly and grabbed the mask.

Vergil's eyes turned back to their normal color, his body heat stopped raising "Yeah?" he asked and cupped her face.

Diana was too distracted by his ears to pay attention to him, she gave him a child like innocent smile as she kept playing with them.

Devon chuckled a bit. He looked at what she was wearing. “ you must be freezing. He unbuttoned his shirt and draped it around her. “ This'll keep you warm.” He smiled. Rain hit his now bare shoulders, He was now only wearing his jeans and tank top. His ear grew a bit in lenghth and his hair grew longer, now touching his shoulders.

Chris looked at him with tired eyes. “ Im getting sleepy.” She put her arm under her head as a pillow.

Tristan led Rick out of the hospital wing and into an empty dorm. “was up..then get some sleep.”

Diana looked and grabbed the shirt as it was draped over her, she curiously looked at him and smiled more. She hugged him and nuzzled closer to his chest as she heart his heartbeat.

Vergil snuggled into her and yawned "Me too..." he said and nuzzled into her shoulder.

Rick nodded and went to the bathroom, he looked in the mirror.

Macey got closer to the winged boy and she looked at him. "Who are you?" She asked and she looked back at Jasper.

Juliet stood, amazed at the giant hole that dug into the earth. "Wow! It shows that the ground really is connected!" she awed as she got closer to the hole in the ground. She peered down into it to see how the ground crumbled easily but still stayed connected.

Jasper examined the area around the crater in the ground. "I don't know" he answered before Macey made her way over to a winged boy up ahead. He looked over to his sister to see her getting closer and closer to the edge. "Be careful Juliet" he called to her.

Juliet was surprised by her brother's sudden call and leaned over to much in shock. Right before she tipped over, her wings sprouted out and created enough air resistance to stop her before she toppled into the crater. She stood frozen, hoping that Jasper didn't see her as if he was a T-Rex. Her head slowly turned so that she could glance over her shoulder to see that Jasper was clearing at her. Her wings flapped once to pull her back and then she landed as they disappeared. A big smile meaning I didn't do it was spread across her face but she didn't dare look her brother in the eyes. Instead, she looked over to Macey who was standing with another boy and ran over to meet him as well.

He stretched his wings and took off to the sky, he hovered over circling like a vulture.

Macey looked at Juliet and she looked up at the guy.

Ever stayed close to Hunter and looked around.

Black followed Ever and nuzzled next to her leg.

Hunter and the others walked around, she looked up and sniffed the air.

Rhoda kept walking until she spotted several people gathered together near a crater.

Zayden just watched the girl, whom he just learned was named Diana, and some guy he didn't know interact.

Juliet watched as the boy made his way into the air. "Did he not hear you?" she asked as she looked over at Macey with a confused look.

"I think he heard me, but he's probably ignoring me." Macey said and she went back over to Jasper. "Juliet you might want to get away from where he came from. He might be dangerous." She said and held Jaspers hand.

"Well that's rude. I should go up there and teach him a lesson" Juliet stated as she looked up at the sky to where the boy was circling over head. "I can handle myself" she added confidently.

"No Juliet. I agree with Macey. Maybe we should go back to the room to see if Tristan and Rick are back and to get out of this rain" Jasper suggested.

"Juliet its fine that hes being rude." Macey said and she looked at Jasper. She smiled a little and looked back at Juliet. "Juliet come on! We should get back to the dorm." She said and she rubbed her arms to stay warm.

Tristan waited in the living space of the room. He sat on the couch and lit a cigarette. Looking out the window, Rain tapped on the glass and the water streaming down the glass reflected onto the walls in the dark room. “ Hey Rick... we should get you some food dude.”

Chris curled into the sheets,warming her body.

Devon smiled and put his warm hands on her back. “Lets get you inside.”

Diana tilted her head slightly and smiled, she nodded and clung onto him.

The winged boy looked down and saw his younger sister, he swooped down cutting them off from a path back to the building, his wings spread out as they pulsed with a holy light. Diana saw her brother and hid her face into Devon's neck.

"Sure....." Rick said and washed his face, he put on his glasses and looked around, he took a curtain thread and wrapped it around his waits like a belt. He came back out with the mask in his hands.

Vergil smiled and cuddled closer to her.

Ever picked Black up and she walked next to Hunter. She looked around and pet Black.

"Fine! I'll admit defeat this time" Juliet submitted as she turned back in the direction of the dorms. "I hope that Rick is okay, he seemed to be in a panic so we should get back as quick as possible" she added in order to get her mind off of what happened. Juliet raced ahead of the two just like she did last time but now she knew where she was going.

Jasper watched as his sister disappeared and then looked down at Macey. "I'm sorry for you being dragged into my sister's curiosity. You should run ahead as well to get out of this rain" he suggested as he started to walk back after his sister.

Macey watched Juliet run ahead of them and she looked at Jasper. "Its okay and I don't mind walking with you." She said and smiled a little. She looked around and sighed quietly.

"Are you sure?" Jasper asked. "There is no way I can prevent you from being cold since I don't have a coat to lend to you" he added. He felt bad having to keep her behind with him but the rain didn't bother him much so he didn't feel cold.

Juliet ran through the forest to make her way to the dorm building in order to escape the rain. Once she reached the building, she walked inside and shook herself violently in order to dry herself off in a playful way. Small puddle were left as she walked back to Rick's dorm room. Should I knock first since it isn't my room she asked herself in thought while she stood in front of the door. She tried to remember what her brother told her about manners here but wasn't sure if Rick and Tristan had make it back to the room.

"I'm sure. The worst that can happen is me getting a cold." Macey said and she kept walking with him. "I wonder if Juliet made it back to the dorm." She said and looked around.
