Yes you are correct and no I don't medication for it and don't worry it's not affecting my job on here [just in real life when I have to deal with assholes, but i learned as Splinter said to Raphael in TMNT "Let it flow like the river through your mind" and that actually helps... ALOT.... yes... it's ironic that TMNT gives good advice]
